The PayPal Shopping Cart System is a safe and secure method of making payments for internet transactions. I use the system myself as a shopper and have never had a problem with sending or receiving payments.
When you use paypal, you decide what payment method is used – bank transfer, credit, debit, e-check. I will receive notice of the payment and your method, but the details remain private.
(if you use an e-check, shipment will be delayed until payment clears.)
Ready to Ship Orders are shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of payment (or check clearance) to the address in your paypal account unless otherwise noted in the ‘notes’ section. (Sundays are an exception, I don’t ship on Sundays).
Made to Order Items – Please allow 2-3 days for your item to be crafted prior to shipment.
Custom Items – The timing varies and we will discuss that during the initial conversation.
Items are packed securely to avoid damage or breakage during shipment. If it happens that an item presents to you damaged during shipping , do NOT open the box prior to taking a photo of the package. In addition, please contact me within 24 hours so we may document the occurrence and begin to work towards resolution.
I routinely ship all packages US Priority Mail and delivery within the USA is generally 2-5 days from date of shipment.
If you would like an item sooner than the aforementioned timelines, PLEASE let me know and I will see what we can work out.

10.5.2011 – I have once again begun accepting custom orders. However, availability is determined by the current workload.
Please check with me if you are interested in a custom piece. If my schedule allows, I will be happy to work with you on a custom design just for you or your someone special. A non-refundable deposit is required for custom work – the amount will depend on the scope of the job.
In addition, apart from true custom work, there is the possibility of minor alterations on a ‘ready to purchase’ piece, so please don’t hesitate to ask!
Arrangements may be made to place an item on hold or layaway. I know that sometimes we just haven’t budgeted enough for those special purchases, so I offer this service for those who need it. An installment plan can be arranged and your item will be shipped or may be picked up when full payment is made. All of my work is guaranteed to be free from defect and extends for the life of each piece within reasonable expectations of wear. Should a piece be proven defective, I will repair or replace (at equal or greater value) at my discretion.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund within 48 hours of receipt of item. This request should be made using the contact form here on the website or through Etsy if you purchased there. The item must be received back within 10 days and in the condition in which it was sent. The full purchase price, less shipping, will be returned to you at that time. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
