Ordering

Doxallo Designs currently accepts internet orders with the following payment options:

PayPal

The PayPal Shopping Cart System is a safe and secure method of making payments for internet transactions. I use the system myself as a shopper and have never had a problem with sending or receiving payments.

Check

If you prefer to pay for an item using check or money order you may mail your payment along with the item number and name and shipping information. Your item(s) will be shipped when your check clears.

Shipping

Orders are shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of payment (or check clearance). Items are packed securely, we do our best to deter damage or breakage during shipment. If it happens that an item presents to you damaged during shipping in some way, contact me within 24 hours for free repair or comparable replacement. 

Custom Orders

Most of the designs offered by Doxallo Designs are “one-of-a-kinds”, therefore we realize someone else may purchase an item you had your eye on. With that in mind, if you see something that you like and it is no longer available, we can discuss a similar item.

In addition, there may be times when you see an item which you would prefer in a different size. Most items can be resized for you upon request. However, we do not make it a habit of altering colors, textures, etc of our designs. Sizing is normally the only modification we offer.

On occasion, albeit rare instances, I will collaborate on a custom order with you for that special occasion, gift, or purpose. Contact me to discuss.

Gaurantee

All of my work is guaranteed. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and with your experience at Doxallo Designs.

If you are not satisified with your purchase you may request a refund within 48 hours of receipt of item. The piece must be returned within 10 days in the condition in which it was sent. The full purchase price will be returned to you at that time. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
